A brief essay..

Last decades, the technology had occupied an important place in the society. It is common that persons have mobile and the families have a computer in their homes. The access to Internet to improve enough last years, because the government has sets different educational polities to develop the intellectual skills of the children. In the university the students use the technology everyday through of computational programs, scientific projects, and exposition and conference videos.

In this essay, I will describe about how is the technology in my career (public administration). I would like answers two questions ¿ HOW IS THE TECHNOLOGY IN THIS CAREER? WHAT IT NEED improve? In this form, I hope you can understand and comprehend this situation in EGGP-

The student of humanistic career use less tools technologies that the students of scientific career. For example, the student of medicine use different instrument and machines to make projects, the engineer always designs software or programs to store data. However, the humanist careers hardly ever used technology. In my case I only use the computer and internet, but anything more! This situation is reflected in the equipment of the university, because we have a small computer’s room and the teacher is away from these instruments, but in the scientist career there are one computer by every student and the teacher are insert in this new education system because they stimulate to the students use these s modern technologies and resources of learning.

Respect with to the last point, we can say that the majority of the teachers who do the classes in this career haven´t a nearly relation with the technology, because the minority of the teachers use audiovisual presentation, power point or webs sites. We only have traditional classes, where the teacher dictates or say the class and the students copy and read books in their homes, not producing more interaction.

On this point, I can indicate that in the English class, we frequently utilized Internet for improve our linguistics skills, also we listen to conversations (in English) to improve the auditory skill. In addition, in the English level 3 and 4, the students every week write a post (in a blog), about some topic that it has been proposed by the teacher or by themselves. This tool has done that the students increase their vocabulary and improve the knowledge. In this for, it has become a method and a learning recourse that it produces interactions and communications between the students about different topic like politics and entertainment.

In conclusions, we can indicate that there are few the technological tools here, because the university have not implemented the necessary instrument and there isn´t a nearly relation between the technology and the teachers. In my opinion, the principal reason because the faculty has a poor laboratory is because it is a public university, so it hasn’t much money to invest. A solution could be increase the annual tariff, but the university community never would be in agreement. If we have a better economic administration, maybe the situation would be different..

Today, I am going to talk about the more important notice for me that happened in this year, I think happened many stories that marked the people, like Obama has won the novel prize or the economic crisis, but the notice that caused more impacted to me was Michael Jackson death.

In June, 25th, the king of pop died in your mansion in Holmby Hill, USA, the reason: of a heart attack. I knew of the news when I was in the university, because a classmate told us. Originally, I did not believe her, then I called a friend to confirm the news, so he said me that it was true, Michael Jackson had died, and the CNN confirmed the news.
When I arrived to my house, I see the news on tv, in national or international tv because there was much programs that dedicated their space and did an honoring at the king of pop.

Originally, any people knew the causes of his death, the news said much thing like it was a suicide, or an homicide caused by his personal doctor, but the official report said that the death of Michael Jackson was a homicide, caused by the high consumption of calmates, that they were prescribed by his personal medical: Conrad Murray, who is the principal suspect. Anyway, the reasons of this death not are clear.
In all the world the fanatics cried his hearth and the artist made concerts in his name.

His funeral was an important event, because it was transmitted in different countries, much artist dedicated some words, sang and danced at the king of pop. One moment more special was when his daughter “Paris” said good bye to her father.

It fact was very relevant in different countries, because the world lost a great artist! Also obama regret the death or the artist, and said that he was an icon of the music. In chile, the guardian of “la Moneda” palace, made a tribute to Michael, interpreting “We are the world”.

Challenges in your discipline

Last time, public administration has had some challenges in different areas. For example, we used site called U-cursos where the teachers and the students can upload text, books or other study tools and share with the students. However not all the people use the web site I don’t know the reason, but I think the older teachers don’t understand this new system to communicate. So they don’t use it.

An important challenge, connected with my career is TIC. (Information’s
technologies). These are tools where the people save , process and store different data. It is an electronic mechanism used to different things like business management or makes a decision. The TIC are challenges the things because the people who work in a government use this tool through Internet or credit car!.

Other challenge is electronic Government! It consist is use information’s technology, where the state delivers product and services at the citizen or the factory. Too, it adds that all the information of a service, like salaries and organization have that publish in the web site of the service. I think this is fantastic, because the people can control the government management and know what it happened in these places.

The students of public administrations need have other classes where they learn to use statistic programs or other language. We have both classes but I need more knowledge, because they are relevant tools that you can help to get better jobs or study in a foreign university. Specially, I have statistics class but I only learn theory, and when I used the computer, I worked whit an elemental program!

En the university, we learn English writing in a blog!. I don’t know this technique but it is very good, because you improvise and say your opinions about different topic.

In educations and health the government always implements new politics, for resolve the problems of the people and will improve the quality of life of Chileans! Anyway, I think this politics all help the poor people and the middle class is “abandoned” because some time we have money and any people help us.

Post # 9: Improving your faculty facilities.

Today, I am going to talk about my faculty! I have to say that I don’t like be here, because the infrastructure is badly. This place is very small and old and we don’t green areas and other place where you can have a rest or have a great moment! My classmates use a typical and KNOW sofa that is outside of a class for to sleep.
Also, this faculty have a cafeteria. If you compare this cafeteria whit other in different universities like PUCV or PUC, you could see great differences. For example, here there are some foods and place is small. The prices are expensive because you can pay for a juice about $400! Too the service is strange because the saleswoman always is angry and they don’t know the prices very well so you buy the same thing to different price the same week.

All the situations are common. I think this happened in many places where don’t have much money. It is not notable for my university life. However the things that the faculty needs to improve are the timetable and the laboratory. The classes are strange and inconvenient because you have long spaces where you have nothing. Sometimes the teachers don’t come to work and you lose this time! There aren’t computers for all the students and if you don’t return a book the sanction is high because they don’t have it to lend it for one week.

I think we need other teachers or have substitute teachers when they don’t arrive. Another way would be to inform the absence of the teacher in advance, because you could use that time in another activity and it will be a real benefit because the students have many subjects and some people have a job, so the time is valuable.

The faculty needs to improve the administration but it’s strange because I study Public administration!! It is difficult improve some things because here don’t have much money ( we are a public university) but this career have high cost, so I think that make some changes is possible, like improve the laboratory, have more study text, computers and implement new classes where the people can develop all their qualities.

Free time!

Today I am going to talk about my free time. In this moment, I don’t have much time; because I am studying and I spend much time… you know :)

I have to say that I don`t know how to manage my time because some time I spend much time on things about university and I can’t do other activities, like listen to music, watch TV or go out with my friends!! That is boring and awful! For example, on September 18th my friends went to the disco and I did not go because I stayed in my house studying macroeconomic! For this reason, I think I don’t use the time wisely, but it is typical in students who are beginning their studies, but this situation changes when you are in third or fourth year, so you can practice sports or work!

It is difficult to say exactly when free time I have in a week, I can not tell 15 hours! But I have time for practice swimming. I go at pool Thursday and Friday. The class takes around one hour. I like this because it is relaxing and I have learn very much, I didn´t know swimming but today I Know! I hope learn more, all styles and to have technique and SPEED ! Also, every weekend I am going To Curico. The people think there I don’t do anything, but that it false, because there I study very much, more that in Santiago. (I prepare the lesson for all the week). Maybe it is because in Curico I am quite and in Santiago I am nervous and I send more time doing one activity._ some time, In Curico, I work in a Bakery like a cashier. This job is easy, but you have much responsibilities managing money!

If I would have more free time, I would like to works and practice more swimming. I would like to work in DOGGIS or in other place of fast food, because they are fun places, and they have many customers! If I have a job I could spend the salary in my own things. Like that I have economic independence. Magnificent! … Also, I would practice more swimming. I would like to go all days.

I thing the people have more time whit the technology, because you can communicate by chat, mobile or internet. These are faster ways to have conversations face to face. But the relationship between the persons are unstable and you not form important bond!

Britain to send more troops to Afghanistan

The prime minister of britain Gordon Brown, confirmed that britain will send 500 troops to afghanistan, because this country also will increase their soldiers in Helmand. In the house of commons the head of government said that he made a decision because the afghans president assured to him that they deploy more troops for fight whit britain soldier.

The notice was announced in the chambers common, just when they was recording the people that have been killed in the conflict and obviously, also they said some words for the family of the victitm: “ Nothing can erase the pain for their families. I know everyone in this House sends their thoughts and prayers to their families. Their memories live on."

In afghanistan, the britain troops are under certain conditions:
1.- the new afghan government must show commitment, and the afghans troops fight close to us.
2.- all the troops have the tools necesarry for the activities in thos country.
3.- the commitment is part of an international colition.
The second points is reinforced, because the troops are trained and they will receive all the help necesarry, including metal help services, whey the soldiers return to Britain. this topic is important for all politcis because in the summer, many soldiers died in Afghanistan.
Although; Brown sends 500 news troops to Afghanistan, the people are desagrement. “According to the Populus poll, a trirt of voted believe British forces should be withdrawn, The figure has increased to 36% from 29% in mid-September”.


In this notice, we can not forget USA, because Gordon said : “in "close consultation" with Obama before making his announcement, will privately be hoping the US president follows his example by making his own pledge.” However, the americna plans are uncertain.

A world of sport

Hello everybody!!
I never had practiced sport until this semester. In July, I began a take siwimming ´s class. I go 2 o 3 times a week. For me is very funny, because the classes are fun y intense and I have leaned enough.
We practice 4 styles: front crawl; back crawl, butterfly stroke and breakstroke. For me the most difficult is breakstroke, because I don´t have the necesary fources in my arms. Anyway, i like to go at the pool and I hope to learn more everyday.

The nacional sport should take a principal position in the public politics of the goverment, becuase it help the health of people in differet aspect like: lessen stress and overweight, and load hapiness.
In chile is necesary set a minister of sport, becuase we need new politics, more recourses in this area for familiarizare the sport with the persons and create sports conscience in the chileans.

We need help the players Olimpic or profesional . Many times sports notice show complaint about the few recourses that have the sports asociations. Inclusive, sometimes they don´t have money for to face a competition.

I think the rodeo is not a sport, becuase it use animals and it´s the animal who practice sport, not the people and also, the cow pain becuase is beat and only is used for this activities. really is difficult modificate this, because is old chilean tradition, specially in the country people.
Other activities that isn´t a sport are : fighting dog, “corridas de toro” of San Fermín,, in short is any sport that use animals becuase this sufer and are hurt. Inclusive they find the dead there.

Santiago!

Hello everybody!

I arrived here last year. I arrived here for my studies. Really I don’t know very well this city, but I hope to tell you my experience and to advice in something if you are a tourist or if you decide to live.
If you want study or work in Santiago, I recommend live in centre o near of your jobs, because you can save some money because the tickets are more expensive than in other regions.
However, Santiago is a big, fun city. You can do many things here how: go to mall, the theatre or visit hills or cultural centres like Estación Mapocho or if you have children you can go at MIM (this is a fantastic museum where you learn physic though plays)
If you are foreign you should visit the different cultural centre like Estación mapocho, which is a place whit many auditoriums , where the artists exhibit their work or art like pictures, theatre or music. Every event cost a different price but if you don’t have much money, there are free pass too. My suggestion is that the price down, because sometimes there are great event bur the cost is expensive.

Other places that you can visit it Mercado Central. This place is near from Mapocho cultural centre. There, you can savour a delicious Chilean food, together a nice musicians that sing folk and also you will see a bizarre persons! It place is very visit for foreign, so I am sure that you will enjoy there. You can lunch until whit $2000,but if you want eat lobster, it will cost more money.

When I am here, me and my friend go to Santa Lucía. We always drink a natural juice and see the craftwork. I bought craftwork bag but it are expensive.

A popular Place is Plaza de ARmas. you see people of different countries and painter they can make you a portrait or a caricature.
finally I recommend you " Fine art museum", there you can find Chilean pictures and interesting expositions.

If you visit Santiago I hope you can enjoy this place and have a spectacular vacations.

the role of music.

Hello everybody!
Today, I`m going to talk about Music! :=) I love music because it causes strong emotions inside me. I always listen to music, especially when I am alone, I can turn the radio up and nobody gets angry with me.

I don’t listen to all kinds of music. I don’t listen to classical music. I like the rock and pop. My favourite bands are Metallica and Coldplay. I love their songs, and I hope I can go to the concert sometime.
My favourite song of Metallica is Nothing else matters! This song is the part of the album called “Black”, 1991. I heard it for the first time when I was at the school. Me and classmates danced this song. We performed a representation of a picture called “Vincent’s bedroom in Arles”, by Vincent van Gogh.


When I am studying I can’t listen to music, because I can not concentrate and I begin to sing. When I am happy, I listen to singers as: Shakira (I would like to dance like her) RBD or Amango, and hard rock bands like Metallica or Guns and Roses. I don’t know the reason, but I follow more groups than singers. Maybe I prefer to see the orchestra ,, but I am not sure.

I know two bands of progressive rock, called: liquid tension experiment and dream theatre. They play the keyboard! It is my favourite instrument. I don’t play any instrument but I hope to learn to play keyboards sometime.
You can see that I don’t have just one style.

Really I don’t buy CDs because it is expensive and I don’t have money. I copy Cds or download music from internet. My first cassette was given to me by my mother when I was 10 years old. Now, nobody buy it because there are many ways for get music.
I like music because it makes my life happier, it isn’t an accompaniment. I would like that my family sing, or play an instrument. When I have children, I will show them all the instruments, so they will decide which one to play and I hope to sing with my children and my husband.

Transantiago

I don’t use the Transantiago very much , because I didn’t live here when it was implemented, I lived in Valparaiso.

Only, I knew of this is new transport system through the news. I remember that the new showed many people, in the bus stop, waiting for a bus. I could see the people angry and dissatisfied whit the new public transport implemented for the government.
I remember some phrase as: we want that come back yellow buses or we want the old routes.

In this time I make new friends, they was Santiaguinos. We argue about this topic and they told me their opinion. Gonzalo told me than new system was detrimental for his family, because his father lost his jobs ( he was a driver of a yellow bus), but.. Specially I remember a opinion: the people didn’t inform about it.
On TV or Internet the people could inform about new routes and program their travel. I think this is related whit the culture of the people. We hate get up early and we always do the thinks ultimately.

Little I could say about my experience, because I didn’t use the old system and also Transantiago. For arrive at University or other places I take the subway because is faster and clear. I don’t know Santiago very well, and with the subway I can arrive a more places. I feel safety there.
The changes for make it more effective it in the future is consider more elements, how culture if the people, try not to make the same mistake and supervise the system frequently.

Hello Everybody! How are you?
I have a dream. My dream is to travel around the world. I would like to visit different countries and learn different languages (this is a reason because I chose English level 4).
I am a student of public management and I would to work in an embassy or do a master`s degree. I would like to study in England, because is funny, beautiful and is an interesting country for me, because I like its parliamentary system. I have studied about its government system and it has much advantages compared whit a presidential system. Parliamentary system is more representative and the powers of state are in equilibrium. Also, England monarchy is an important tradition is this country and the queen is an important political figure because she is the head of state and a mediator of the problems between the head of government (prime minister) and the parliament.

England has different and famous monument. Big Ben clock is 150 years old and the people tell that the clock is very exact. It strikes the time just 2 seconds late. I but I don’t know much about England. I only know something that I watch TV or internet.

Finally, I would like to congratulate to: Paula and Inger, because they will travel to USA next year! I am very happy because they are my friend and it is an important opportunity for to know other country, learn about migrations ahahaha and make new friends.
Someday, I hope to have an opportunity like that.

My return

I`m Constanza Faune and I`m a student of second year of public management. I called this post my return because I never imagined that would write here again!
In this moment I study english level 4. I chose this class because english is very important today. If you speak english you could get a better job!! :)

Last semester I learned something. Specially english,but I think need learn more. Also I studied microeconomic. I really love this subject but it was difficult for me. I didn´t have good marks.
I enjoyed that semester because I knew other classmates: Paula and Inger! they are good friends, nice and love the music, specially reggaeton ahahhaa you should see her dance!! ahaha

In my free time, I did swimming. Before, I didn´t play any sport because I didn´t know manage my time. I really enjoyed it, because was relaxing and the classes were intensives. I learned many skills.

Now, I live in santiago, but my own town is Curico ( my family live there). All weekends I go to curicò.
My best friend is Lorena, she study psychology in Talca`s University. She is a best student, happy and positive. Lore and I have a group called "grugrupo" and we are friends since 2003.


The challenges I had to face are know other people and learn news skills study.

LAST POST.

This is my last post about for the english class and I will writte about my blogging experience.
This my first blog. I really don´t like write about myself. This is difficult for my, because I never know that tell and I am timid, for this reason, I never had a blog.


I really enjoyed this experence, becuase it was funny other post and writte a commet. I remember my first post, this was small and the vocabulary used was simple. Later, I could write more words and express best my ideas.

My favourite Topic was the best song and other called “Evaluation”. But I have that admit sometimes the topic of the blog was very complicated for me, specially when the post was about public management or political chilean.

The blog helped me to improve in english, because I didn´t know the topic before the class. I think that improve in other language is very difficult, funny, and is not a boring form to learn.
I think the best for learn other language is improving, how conversation or writting about something.


I think that the use a blog in the english class is a advantage, because we frequently wrote about different topic and improve is very important for learn talk, and we worte things that hapenned diary o about you career. I feel learned something english, but I really need more and practice for I really learn other language.
I don´t find some disvatage about of blogging in the english class, although the technology failed sometimes.

Ideal job

My ideal job would be work as actress. When was a child, my dream was study theater. I was different courses and also I participated in a play called "Bood Working class" It was based in: La cantata Santa María de Iquique. This was when I studied law in PUCV.
It would my ideal job because you can express different somebody and express many feeling. I think work as actress is very difficult, because you should transmit things and the public must believe you.

I think the qualities and skills for work as actress are physical skill and be persevering. the actor must represent all the people!

This would be my ideal job because I could achieve a dream and also because I don´t like public administration. I didn´t chosen theater because I didn´t had courage for confront my family and also because I thought I don´t have enough skills. When I told my mother : Mom I like study theater! she laughed and she tell me: this only a hobby, it not a profession.

I think, the principal difficult for find a job as actress is the money, because ín Chile the actor don´t get a good salary and also the people think the art is only a hobby.

I would like a little experience: when I participated in a play called "Bood Working class". After the play finished, a woman tell me : congratulation! I love you participation. In that moment, I was very happy!!

Especially, I will review a post where she wrote about her favourite song: "Yesterday" by the english band "The Beatles". I think that post is simple, becuase when you read it, you easily understand the post. She didn´t use a difficult vocabulary. I remember she was the most popular blogger that week.
I found the post intersting and funny, because Claudia and I share a lot of feeling when we hear Yesterday. For example, she wrote the song have a pasive, relaxing and romantic melodie and both hear music in our bedroom.

Today, I am going to talk about a video that I saw in Internet. It was an interview to: Sir KEn RoBInson, who is a leader ind a leader in the development of creativity and innovation.
I could undertsand that Ken Robinson told his theory using his experence life.
He says that creativity now is very important on education, because it allows develop and the education also because we don´t know that will happen in the future.
At the schools especially teach things as math,language and humanities but in this places should teach music and art because de children could develop their competence.

Ken Robinson says: the children have many talent but there aren´t a place around the world where the children can learn to dance everyday.
I thing-the sports and the arts for the people develop their personality- Today the boss looking for leaders or persons who can express their emotions. they don´t want a shy persons taht only can use the computer...

I hoppe the education system change adding new method for creativy develop.

Chilean Politics

I really don´t like politic. BUt If I could Change one thing in Chilean Politic, it would be the government system.

This is a difficult topic, because is very connected with the Chilean mentality. I thing that Chile couldn´t have this form of government because we have deeply-rooted the presidential system.

When I studied the Parliamentary System I can see it have Majority representation of the society because the political decision are taked by different political faction represented in the parliament and it also it have a better capacity to respond faced serious government problem, because the parliament can change the head of s government though motion of censorship.

The advantages the Parliamentary System are the disadvantages the presidential system. I think in Chile there is a Bipartite because the political decision is taked between two covenant and Chile have many other political parties that in this moment not are being consider.

For my, the most important disadvantage of a country with presidential system is that the head of government couldn´t have support in the parliament. Difficult situation for the president can govern.

I think that set the Parliamentary system would be cause by a new mentality in the Chilean society. In addition this would take a long time because also would be necessary a constitutional reforms or maybe a new constitution.

My best friend Part II

My best friend is Lorena.

Before, I had written about her, but now I want to tell you more.

Lorena is 20 years old. She is a psychology student. She lives in Curico but study in Talca city. She likes sing, dance and cook. She makes very delicious cookies. Her favorite actor are Tom Hanks and Tom Cruise, she has a problem with Tom’s ahahaahahhha
She has a pet, called PUPI, and it is a “TECKEL DOG”.

I have known Lorenas since I was since I was 6 years old. We went classmates since kinder until secondary school.

We don’t have very much in common, but we have the same group of friends. We call our: GruGRupo. We are 9 friends and go out all the summer vacations. We went to the beach and disco.

We also have in common that are far from our family, because they live in Curicó and my family too.

I don’t know that makes us different of other groups, but we are very nice girls and always are laughing.

Grugrupo is formed by 9 friends. Somebody is Pola, she is a big humorist. She always is telling us jokes.
I like them because are good girls and when I have a problem, they always is whit me.

With Lorena, we go out to the center, buy clothes, listen music and organize the parties of birthday of the other members of grugrupo.
I never have fallen out with Lorena. But we have some discussion, because we have different thinking. Apart from Lorena is very understanding and she always hears another people.

With grugrupo, I Have many experiences, but the most important was the tour of study in Bariloche. This tour was funniest, beautiful and I knew better my friends…

I am going to talk about my favourite web site...

I haven`t one favourite web site, but I really like facebook. It is a Site web where you can communicate with your family and your friends and even can find people that you didn`t see since you was children.

In facebook, you can upload photos and videos, to answers funny test, to public notes, to comment photos and to send messages. You can make many anything.

On 2007, I discevered facebook, when a cousin told me its. He said: " I have Facebook", so I asked him, What it is facebook? Cesar answered me than it was a web site where you can public your things and do new friends. At that moment, I didn`t like Facebook, because I don`t like the web site where you say yourself.

After, I known all my friends have Facebook!. Then I created my account. Since then, I always visit it because it is really very funny and intersting. You know all life of your friends.. ahahaha. Even you can know their life sentimental ...ahahhaa.

Facebook, is a good tool, but it invade your privacy...Although You finally decide that things public about yourself.

NOTHING ELSE MATTERS

Hello!!
I am going to talk about muy favourite song: Nothing else Matters by the band Metallica.
I think that is better song all times, but It is never chosen as better song in the tv show. They are choose as the better hard rock song to " welcome to the jungle", by the band Guns and Roses. I hate Guns and Roses.

This song it is the part of the album called " Black" , 1991. I heard it for the first time when I was at the school. I and classmates danced this song, when a friend said nothing else matter was beautiful and wonderfull song. All the class love this song when they heard its.

My broyfriend give me a CD whit all albums of Metallica. When I didn´t know the band, I thought they was a band strong and loud. I thougnt they are as Pantera. But Metallica take song very beutiful and soft. I like other song of metallica. how Enter Sandman and One.

I don`t play musical instrument , but I would like take keyboard. Althougnt to play keyboard is most difficult that other musical instrument because you must learn to read music and you to know theory music.
My broyfriend is musician. Last summer, He taught play drumm and guitar. But I didn`t play someone. I could`t coordinate my hands.

I always hear its at the morning. You should hear this song, because is fantastic and wonderfull.

My Notebook

Hello! :)

My favourite piece of technology is notebook. my mother give me on September, because I need it for to study.
I don`t like technology very much, but I love the notebook! It is a very important piece technology. You can do a lot things whit it. You can Listen to music, watch movies, to make jobs,
video plays and chat. I like chat, because you can met people from other people and to communicate whith your friends.

In my notebook, I have saved nintendo Mario Bros. I like it very much. it is very funny. Last summer I always played Mario Bros all day, but now I don`t play because I don`t have time.

In this moment, the notebook is in all world. It is in the office, school and the house. The notebook help us to do a lot things. You can be in all places at the same time!

My life whitout computers and internet, would be boring. Although you could do other activities, how sports or travell .
If there wasn`t computers other fantasic piece technology would exist.

my career: public management

HELLO! I am going to talk about my career: public management.

I am studing this career because is very interesting and very important for the society. Public management haves a lot subject, for example math, history, law or english. last subject is very important for my, because I could have more jobs, and I could go to other country, to be in a ambassadorship!!! Now, my favourite class is law and science`s theory because they are interesting and I can learn about new things, as the common law and last scientific thinking in the worls. But last year, my favourite subject was math, because I love the numbers!!

A professionals in this area contribute to society, helping the people in their problems with the goverment or private corporation. People think it is only public things, but we can work in the private sector too.
we can change the adminstration, if we work well. we should be honest and trusty, because the public admnistration always is supervise for diffetent sector from society.

A professionals in this need to have in the futuro many tools in her jobs. we need to learn english, because is a important tool that we will let to work in other country. we also need technology to develope good service.

My best friend...

She is a very important person for me.
She is Lorena. My best friend. She is 20 years old and is a psichology student, from the University of Talca.

I have known her when I was 6 o 7 years old, when we were studing in the primary school.
We don`t have very much in common. For example, she loves the mobile phone and I just hate them. Personally. I don´t think this is a bad thing, because we do a lot things together, and enjoy it. We laught and share very much. Lorena is a talkative perons and I always hear hem.

Now, I don´t see her because I am studing in Santiago, but we meet a lot when we go for vacations and if I have a problem, I ring my best friend.

I like this photo, because we have few pictures together. Apart from that, It was taken on January by nicole. when we went to “Iloca”. It is a small town near from Curicó. It is quiet, the people is nice and it have cold waters. Personally I don´t like Iloca, but is a cheap town and if will you go with yours friends, it is very funny.

Lorena, good luck in 2009. I hope see you soon. We should study very mucch, for to enjoy the summer.

Miss and schoolmates

hello! this is my firts blog, I'm very moved for it.
I´m nineteen years old. I'm from Curico, but I came to Santiago to study Public Administration to Universidad de Chile.
I like to go with my friends, but I can´t usually do it, because they are in Talca, studing too.

I hope can communicate me whith you, for the blog and I hope to approve the three english's level.
